Senator Natasha lives up to expectations, delivers campaign promises

Senator Natasha Akpoti- Uduaghan in the Senate.

Despite complaints of incessant intimidation cum her alleged sexual harassments in the Senate, Senator Natasha Akpoti- Uduaghan, representing Kogi Central Senatorial District in the Red Chamber keeps marching on.

Senator Natasha Akpoti- Uduaghan has refused to allow any feud in the Senate or any sentiments whatsoever deter her from delivering her electoral promises to Kogi Central Senatorial District, her senatorial district.

In less than one year in  office as a senator, she has changed the face of Education in Kogi Central by distributing 5,000 digital learning device in all the public primary and secondary schools  in her constituency to aid learning and improve quality education in the state. 

Apart from the distribution of the 5,000 digital learning device, Senator Natasha Uduaghan also flagged off the construction of Fulani school, clinic and boreholes in Osara community as part of her campaign promises to the community and many other valuable projects in Kogi Central. 

According to the senator, education  is the greatest legacy to give  to the upcoming generation as it is the foundation of a prosperous society.

While reeling out her achievements within one year in office as  Senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial district, Senator Natasha Uduaghan explained that the distribution of 5000 Digital Learning Devices to Public Primary and Secondary Schools and flag off of Fulani school, Clinic and Boreholes to Fulani Community in Kogi Central are part of  celebration of one year of stewardship service to the people in her senatorial district.

While presenting the learning device to the students, Natasha said the  decision came as a result of her campaign promises to the good people of Kogi State in particular her constituents, adding that  total rehabilitation of Abdul Laziz Attah Memorial College, (AAAMCO) Okene has been completed and handed over to the School management.

She said that other selected schools across the Kogi Central such as former Provincial Secondary School,  Okene and Brown New Model Primary and Secondary Schools Osara,  among others have also been completed.

The Senator  disclosed that her office also facilitated  a center for Artificial Intelligence and  Robotics (AI&R) at the Federal College of Education Okene, as well as Automobile Mechatronics Cottage automobile  workshop at the technical college, Oboroke.

Speaking on the foundation laying of a new clinic, school and Boreholes for the Fulani Community at Osara,  Senator Natasha said after having a town hall session with the Fulani Community and promised to provide a land for the project with a long list of requests during her campaign, I made a promise to give them School, Clinic and Boreholes.

" The Community donated land for the construction and also promised to accommodate and protect the workforce during the construction, which really encouraged my team and i had  to swing into action and I thank God today that the laying of foundation for the clinic and school is being done  for the glory of God and humanity". Natasha said. 

Displaying how joyful they are, an elder in the Fulani community said they are overjoy, saying many politicians had made such promises  without fulfilling them, adding  that, the senator had made the dream of so many years come to reality, assuring  that the second term of Senator Natasha Uduaghan is very much certain
