A hybrid social media and event app, e-Social Mint (eSM), developed by a Nigerian, has been unveiled in Lagos.

At a press conference held recently in Ikeja, Lagos, the app developer, Arc Fisayo Olamigoke explained that eSM has variety of components which include holding meetings and events with Hologram.

It also allows guests to spray currencies of any nation in any denomination which will be credited to hosts.

Other features of the app, according to Olamigoke, include free social media, free eSM audio/video calls, chats, e-store for buyers and sellers and live adverts.

The app can also help accept cover charge for content creators or stand up comedians, gate fee for live virtual or recorded events and help collect tithes and offerings for virtual church services.

Olamigoke in his his speech, told the select gathering: “This is for Nigeria, for Africa, developed by a Nigerian.

South Africa owns Twitter (X), America owns Facebook, eSM is for us in Nigeria and Africa and it boasts of more features than other social media belonging to the West.”

Explaining further, Olamigoke said Nigerians can make huge money through the use of eSM. The app, he said, will also provide jobs for our youths and it saves people money as it allows a person to be in three or more different events at the same time – virtually.

“Most importantly, eSM allows one to be able to hold private, government and corporate meetings/events with unlimited time globally (unlike other apps) via Hologram technology. The good thing here is that it allows you to spray money in different events without leaving the comfort of your home while adhering to government regulations on the war against currency abuse”, Olamigoke said.

As Olamigoke excitedly spoke on other features of the eSM, a guest could not help but exclaim, “e-Social Mint, na real juju be dat!”

The app was launched on Saturday, November 2, 2024 in Ikeja, Lagos.
