Oluseye commends Abiodun as he sets to create Youth ministry

Akeem Oluseye

Akeem Oluseye, an All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain in Abeokuta North Local Government Area of Ogun State and a House of Assembly Aspirant has given kudos to Governor Dapo Abiodun for his plan to establish the youth ministry.

In a chat with the press at a social event in Abeokuta during the week, Oluseye posited that a ministry to cater and monitor youth affairs exclusively will go a long way to put issues related to this group on the front burner.

According to the APC stalwart, the governor is truly a leader that would not be forgotten in a hurry, especially by the youth in the state as he had met their yearning.

He noted that when the ministry is fully operational, youth in the state who occupies a significant segment of the state population would now be adequately monitored and attended to.

Oluseye said this will allow more programs to be fashioned and directed specifically to this group which he noted, "are in dire need of our attention for the sake of our future"

The APC stalwart who is himself a youth but very vibrant in the party and as a philanthropist and grassroot politician also called on youth in the state to reciprocate Governor Abiodun's gesture and cooperate with him, so that he would be able to continue to deliver the dividends of democracy to all and sundry.

He urged Governor Abiodun to expedite actions on the creation of the ministry with exclusive mandate to the ministry to get youth in the state adequately and appropriately engaged in all affairs pertinent to the development of the state in particular and the nation in general.
