TINUBU SUPPORT GROUP INAUGURATES STATE EXCOS IN OGUN

As part of mobilisation for the All Progressives Congress'  (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a support group, Jagaban National Coalition (JNC) has inaugurated its State and Local Government Executives in Ogun State.

Speaking during the inauguration at the group Secretariat in Abeokuta, the State Coordinator, Oluwo Adisa Soyoye revealed that the group is a political support platform, registered with the APC, for the conduct of nation wide campaigns and mobilization to support candidates of the party.

According to Soyoye, “our networks are spread across all the twenty Local Governments and the two hundred and thirty six wards in the state, with membership of close to twenty thousand .

“We are comprised of politicians with vast experience. Our group is not only a formidable campaign group, but also, among the foremost campaign platforms that have the capacity and capability to ensure victory for our candidates in the next year's elections”.

The inaugurated State Executives are Prince Isiaka Durojaye, Secretary; Hon. Israel Ogundipe, PRO;  Dr. Richard Musa, Organising Secretary; Hon. Dada Ayodeji, Treasurer; Mrs. Adejoke Soloye, Women Leader, Hon. Oyenuga Adeniyi, Youth Leader and Mrs. Olubisi Isaac, Financial Secretary.

The JNC State Coordinator, thereafter directed all the Local Govt Coordinators  to also inaugurate Ward Executives in their various Local Government.

“We shall also be interacting with the people on our programmes lined up for Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate, Senator Kashim Ibrahim Shetima, who will be flying the APC presidential flag, in the 2023 general elections”, the Coordinator stated.

Oluwo Soyoye further revealed that the National Secretariat of the group has scheduled appropriate levels of training for the State and Local Government Coordinators and other relevant officers on important aspects of voters' education, vote canvassing and election monitoring as part of our programs for the general elections.

He noted that plans are equally underway to train selected Youths on various fields of skills acquisition, including fish farming and technical vocations for job creation and economic empowerment at the grassroots.

“Within the last few months, it may interest you to note that, we have  engaged in serious advocacy for members to participate in the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, voter registration exercises which enabled our members and millions of the APC supporters to register” he said.

Soyoye noted that all hands must be on deck in building of a better Nigeria, urging the media to  be fair in their reportage and avoid stories that would put the nation in the state of comatose.

He assured voters that “Our Presidential Candidate and his running mate are patriotic Nigerians, who not only believe in the unity of our country, but also, are prepared to work for it's progress and prosperity”.
