It is expected that a woman should release a discharge during intimacy, but sometimes a woman may not. The medical condition that causes a person to find it difficult to release a discharge is called, orgasmic dysfunction. This conditon can still happen, even if a woman is well stimulated during intimacy. When this conditon occurs in a woman, it is called female orgasmic dysfunction. Some women may find it difficult to release a discharge, during intimacy with their partner. This could be a problem because, they may not be satisfied after the intimacy. Orgasmic dysfunction can also be called anorgasmia.
Causes of orgasmic dysfunction
Some of the things that may contribute in causing a woman, not to release a discharge during intimacy includes the following:
1. A medical condition like diabetes, can cause a woman not to release a discharge.
2. Some certain types of medication that helps to treat depression, can cause a woman not to release a discharge during intimacy.
3. A woman who is shy may not release a discharge during intimacy.
4. A woman who is a victim of abuse, may find it difficult to release a discharge during intimacy.
5. Having relationship issues may prevent a woman, from releasing a discharge during intimacy.
Women who can’t release a discharge during intimacy, may fall under any of these four categories. They include the following:
1. Primary anorgasmia
A woman who has never released a discharge during intimacy, falls under this category.
2. Secondary anorgasmia
A woman may find it difficult to release a discharge during intimacy, even if she has done it before.
3. Situational anorgasmia
A woman may be able to release a discharge due to specific situations. This can occur due to oral intimacy, or when she touches her self.
4. General anorgasmia
This is when a woman cannot release a discharge even when she is well stimulated.
It is important to see a doctor, if you find it difficult to release a discharge during intimacy. This medical condition may affect your relationship because, you may get frustrated because you cannot release a discharge during intimacy.
