Residents of Ogun State interested in loan facility by the Federal Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP), can now apply, the Ogun State Ministry of Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs has announced.
According to a release signed by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, Dr. Rotimi Akinlesi, the interest free loan which is expected to be paid back within 24 months comprises of market money, trader money and farmer money and does not require any form of collateral.
The release stated that registration for the programme, coordinated by National Orientation Agency for intending people at the grassroot is now ongoing at various Local Government Areas for those with viable business or a realistic business proposal.
The release enjoined youth entrepreneurs, artisans, market men and women to register for the loan facility to boost their businesses.
