I Could Only Be A Cleaner In Finland Hospital Despite My Qualifications -Nigerian Doctor

Dr Olubamiji

A Nigerian physician currently based in America has narrated her sad experience in the Scandinavian country of Finland as a medical doctor.

According to the medical doctor identified as Dr. Adeola Olubamiji, she worked as a cleaner for over 4 years in a Finland hospital despite having the necessary qualification desired to practice in the country.

She was obviously discriminated because she was black. Dr Adeola had to warn prospective Nigerians who want to travel to Finland to work to forget about the country as they would be dehumanised.

Luckily for Dr Adeola, she got an offer to study in Canada for her doctorate before finally leaving Finland for good.

It is based on her experience that she is warning Nigerians not to consider Finland as an option in order not to be traumatised over what they would encounter there. She's rather encouraging them to travel down to the United States of America, Canada or any other European country except Finland.

Dr Adeola is currently helping young Nigerians who desire better life outside of the country to pursue their careers abroad.
