Fear has gripped the residents of Abuja as the Islamic Movement of Nigeria gives a notice of a peaceful demonstration within the Federal Capital Territory scheduled for Thurday September 10, 2020.
The demonstration is expected to proceed from the Unity Forum near the Three Arms area.
It will most likely proceed through Federal Secretariat area and end at the National Assembly Complex.
However, in their usual ways of beating security forces they may come out simultaneously in small groups and later converge on the Unity Forum area as a bigger group from the following places: Berger Round about, Area one, Kubwa and Nyanya axis.
Residents of Abuja are afraid because given past demonstrations and the usual violent turn out of the group, the peaceful outing may later end up in altercation with the security forces.
