An All Progressives Congress (APC), Chieftain, Chief Richard Lamai (Gbukpegbu) has congratulated Muslim faithfuls as they mark Eidel kabir festival.
In his sallah message, Chief Richard Lamai, urged Muslims to imbibe the lessons of obedience to the doctrines of the Quran as proved by Prophet Ibrahim"s readiness to sacrifice his only son Ismael to the instruction of Allah.
He called for sober reflection and spiritual cleansing to receive the blessings of Allah.
Chief Richard Lamai fondly called Gbukpegbu, urged the faithfuls to be patrotic and make sacrifices that can contribute to national development.
He admonished the Muslim faithfuls to continue to show love, loyalty and sacrifice which are the hallmarks of the season.
The APC Chieftain, called for spiritual cleansing and sober reflection as instructed by Allah.
Chief Lamai, who was a former Senatorial Aspirant in Edo North, urged Muslims to live in peace with one another and display love, tolerance and understanding in the quest for a more united and prosperous Nigeria.
While calling on Nigerians to collectively build a peaceful and prosperous nation by acknowledging the supremacy of God, Chief Richard Lamai wished the Muslim Ummah a successful celebration.
