All not well in Obaseki's camp ...PDP's students canvass support

Governor Godwin Obaseki, suffered another blow in his bid for reelection in the Edo September governorship election on Tuesday with the resignation of Mr Patrick Iyoha, the Director, Obaseki/Shaibu Movement.

Iyoha, a member of the state Waste Management Board, in a letter dated July 28, addressed to Gov. Godwin Obaseki, said that his resignation was with immediate effect and due to personal reason.

In the same vein, two members, including Mr Gabriel Oiboh, Chairman, State Post Primary Education Board, also rendered their letters of resignation to the governor.

Oiboh and first member of the board, Mr Osanyemwere Osawe, in a letter dated July 28, said that their resignations followed pressure to defect to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Earlier, three commissioners of the Edo State Oil and Gas Producing Area Development Commission had on Monday resigned their appointments.

The commisioners — Osamwonyi Atu, Emmanuel Odigie and Rilwanu Oshiomhole — represented Edo South, Edo Central and Edo North senatorial districts.

Meanwhile the PDP National Student Association, Edo State Chapter, led by Rt. Hon Odigie Lucky Endurance, has called on all Edo state students and Edo people both home and abroad to come out massively and support GOVERNOR GODWIN OBASEKI and PHILIP SHAIBU for better continuity.

He stated that the students needed to support the Governor for more achievements which are listed as follows:

•Economy Revival And other Democratic Dividends that Edo People Are  Enjoying, which was nearly cut short by a political dictator.

"Governor Obaseki has done well in all ramification, because Having The People At Heart Is Better Than Having A Man At Large."

Infrastructural Development, Educational Advancement, Security Reviving, Quick Payment Of Salaries And pensioners among others are part of what the state has been witnessing since his assumption into office.

Let's All Support The “Mega” Agenda(Make Edo Great Again) and to achieve this is a collective mission, play your part by telling someone to tell someone, to Vote Godwin Obaseki for the development of Edo State.
